Smart Enterprise will not be held liable for any infringement arising from content submitted by the customer.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as agreed at the time of order. As products are custom printed to order, cancellations after production has commenced may not be eligible for a refund. Any specific refund or deposit terms agreed for a particular order will take precedence over this general clause.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website or our services for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to block access or refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability
